Homestyle Barbeque and Homemade Artisanal Ice Cream
Mouthwatering barbecue and delicious homemade ice cream are the perfect companions to a hoedown. This Thursday’s farmers market will feature brisket pulled pork, pulled chicken, mac n’ cheese and ice cream. This incredible small-batch, wood-smoked barbecue shop is located at 588 Lake Ave., Route 29 in Saratoga and proudly proclaims they focus on doing only two things: wood-smoked BBQ and homemade ice cream. That dedication must be tasty.
Kaleidoscope was named one of the “top five places for barbecue in New York’s Capital Region” by the Daily Gazette this year. The Daily Gazette called Kaleidoscope’s food a “unique combination of sweet and savory fare.”
Kaleidoscope is owned by Bruce Wadsworth and Greenfield Town Council Member Ty Stacey, who will be manning the tent. Fuel up for the line dancing! Try it out on Thursday, July 25 from 4-7 p.m.
Kaleidoscope will be back on August 15 at our TOG Farmers Market.
